You will work closely with experienced professionals to deliver successful greenfield projects, from inception to implementation. Key Responsibilities
Project Governance:
Develop and maintain robust project governance frameworks
Prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules
Conduct regular project reviews and risk assessments
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders
Financial Management:
Track project budgets and expenditures
Prepare accurate financial forecasts and reports
Monitor project profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities
Steering Committee Support:
Prepare insightful steering committee reports and presentations
Facilitate productive steering committee meetings
Implement strategic decisions and recommendations
Operational Excellence:
Streamline project processes and improve efficiency
Utilise industry best practices and methodologies
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Ideal Profile
A Project Analyst experienced with project governance artefacts such as monthly reports, financial tracking, and steering committee packs.
Banking Industry Experience: A strong understanding of the Australian banking industry, its challenges, and emerging trends
Greenfield Project Expertise: Proven ability to work on new, innovative projects from the ground up
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and tools (Jira, Asana, etc.)
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
