About the role
This is an opportunity an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive impactful projects, fostering clients’ relationships, and delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and goals.
• Process Analysis: Analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized solutions.
• Solution Design: Partner with development teams to design and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative team culture.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Expertise in business process modelling, requirements elicitation, and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping software
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Industry experience (e.g., finance, healthcare, technology) a plus
