Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, aligning with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.

• Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to boost revenue growth and brand awareness.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented team of Product Owners, Business Analysts, and support staff.
• Executive Engagement: Present strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Focus Areas:

• Product Development: Drive product development and ensure scalability, particularly in the healthcare sector, moving away from bespoke solutions.
• Customer Experience (CX/UX): Lead the enhancement of CX/UX and front-end usability with a strong commercial focus.
• Customer Engagement: Gain valuable feedback from customers to inform product development and strategy.
• Product Scalability: Identify opportunities to scale product offerings and develop customisable solutions to meet diverse customer needs.
