SAP Cutover Manager | 12 Month Contract | Melbourne
A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to join a major SAP upgrade programme on a 12 month contract. This is a high-impact, highly visible role working across multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.

The Role
You will take ownership of end-to-end cutover planning and execution for a complex SAP upgrade, ensuring a seamless transition into go-live. You will work closely with business, IT and system integrator teams to keep everyone aligned through to a successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the cutover strategy, plan and schedule
• Coordinate cutover activities across multiple streams including Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain
• Lead cutover rehearsals, mock runs and readiness assessments
• Manage dependencies, risks and critical path activities
• Work closely with business, IT and system integrator teams to ensure alignment
• Oversee go-live execution and provide post go-live support coordination

About You

• Proven experience as an SAP Cutover Manager on large transformation or upgrade programmes
• Strong understanding of multi-stream SAP environments (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain)
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering cutover within tight timelines and high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication, planning and coordination skills
• Available for a hybrid model of 4 days onsite and 1 day from home
