We’re partnering with a fast-growing global tech company that’s expanding its Melbourne engineering hub and seeking a Lead Mobile Engineer to define the mobile strategy from the ground up.

This isn’t just a coding role, you’ll set the technical blueprint, mentor engineers, and collaborate across product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-performance, engaging apps at scale.

• Mentor engineers and support their professional growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Mobile development experience with a track record of delivering complex apps.
• Expertise in iOS and/or Android Development
• Strong knowledge of performance optimisation, rendering, device integration, and app security.
• Proven ability to influence architecture and technical direction.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
