The Opportunity
We're seeking a Product Owner to work onsite with one of their major clients on Salesforce CRM and billing systems. This is a hands-on, day-to-day Product Owner role working directly with delivery squads to enhance customer experience and billing functionality.
  
What You'll Do

• Own and communicate the product vision for CRM and billing systems
• Work closely with delivery squads on a day-to-day basis
• Build, refine and prioritise product backlogs for Salesforce systems
• Mentor and provide leadership to delivery teams
• Drive delivery in an agile SCRUM environment
• Be the primary source of business requirements to development teams
• Coordinate UAT and advise on business readiness for releases
• Drive product improvements that enhance user experience

What You Bring

• Proven track record as a Product Owner in agile environments
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM systems (any level)
• Experience with agile delivery frameworks, particularly SCRUM methodology
• Demonstrated ability to work day-to-day with delivery squads
• Background in customer care, billing systems, or CRM functionality preferred
• Proactive approach with exceptional stakeholder management skills

Contract Details

• Duration: To June 2026
• Rate: $850 to $960 per day (depending on experience)
• Location: Melbourne CBD - 3 days per week onsite
