The Opportunity
We're seeking a Strategic Product Owner to work onsite with one of their major clients on a critical data migration program from Salesforce to Oracle systems. This is an enterprise-wide transformation that requires strategic oversight and coordination across multiple delivery squads and business functions.

What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive product discovery for large-scale data migration program
• Develop strategic roadmaps and migration strategies across multiple data domains
• Take ownership of overall migration delivery across multiple squads
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships across IT and business functions
• Lead strategic workshops with technical and business stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with large-scale data migration
• Ensure data quality standards and governance throughout migration process
• Drive change management activities to support business adoption

What You Bring

• 5+ years proven track record in strategic product roles for system migrations
• Experience leading complex data migration or system integration programs
• Strong background in enterprise software transitions (Salesforce, Oracle, or similar)
• Understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices
• Experience with data governance, quality assurance, and risk management
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and business groups
• Experience working with senior leadership on critical business transformations
• Clear communicator who can bridge technical and business requirements

Contract

• Duration: Contract up to June 2026
• Daily rate: 960PD including Super
• Location: Melbourne CBD - 3 days in the office
