- Senior Data Management Analysts
- Contract: Six-month form start date, with a potential view to extending (TBC)

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years in data management roles within the banking sector.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Data Management Analysts with Databricks or AML experience to join our client's rapidly growing division on a high-priority compliance project.
This role is critical in supporting the bank’s enterprise data platform through the application of robust data management practices and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and Experience required. - Support the development and maintenance of enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and data lakes
- Drive data governance and management initiatives, including data profiling, data classification, interfacing agreements, and data quality frameworks
- Gather and translate business data requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, well-governed data assets
- Conduct analysis and documentation related to data management processes and tools
- Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
Technical Competencies: - Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Databricks highly desirable; familiarity with both cloud and on-premises environments is advantageous
- Sound understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and enterprise data architecture
- Experience with data modelling and use of data management tools
- Practical knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, and data quality monitoring
Professional Requirements: - A minimum of 7 years’ experience in a data management or technical business analysis role
- Demonstrated experience within the banking or financial services sector is essential
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Desirable Experience: - Track record liaising with key stakeholders and non-data line managers.
- Databricks experience
- AML experience
