We're looking for a motivated graduate to join a small, dynamic team at a prestigious corporate head office.

As a key member of the IT support team, you'll bring a passion for great customer service and  gain hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, PC's, laptops and inventory management.

The Role:

• Provide technical support to 700 users through face-to-face interactions and a 'phone-based ticketing system.
• PC and Laptop builds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, Azure services, and PC hardware.
• Manage inventory of PC laptops and peripherals, ensuring efficient deployment and maintenance.

You:

• Passion to learn IT.
• Great customer service.
• Top communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (recent graduates welcome!)
• Strong communication skills and passion for customer service.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and PC hardware.
• Must be an Australian PR / Citizen.
