Join this highly respected Global Investment Bank as an Admin Assistant for a varied role supporting a small team that will keep you happy, engaged and developing.
The Role - Admin, Reception, EA and office management tasks -
Lunch arrangements, (both internal and external)
Provide support to all senior executives
Diary Management where needed /Assist with travel and hotel bookings
Prepare/Assist with Powerpoint Presentations
Assist with Staff Conferences & Client Events
General support duties for Office Manager, COO & CEO
Maintain local intranet site
Back up for Office Manager/PA
Order/cancel Amex, Cabcharge, Telecard, security cards etc
Arrange coding and authorisation for payment of accounts, prepare cheques, post entries to general ledger
Monthly AMEX reconciliations
Archive / maintain filing system
Manage office supplies
Maintenance of general office equipment (eg lights, air-conditioning, electrical problems, phone problems etc)
Maintain paper supplies
"Own" the dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen.
Greet clients / prepare coffee / tea & meetings rooms
Keep kitchen and fridges stocked!
