Initial 6 month Contract with extension potential.

As a key member of the IT support team, you'll bring a passion for great customer service and hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, PC's, INTUNE, MERAKI, Networking and laptops.

The Role:

• Provide technical support to C.700 users through face-to-face interactions and 'phone-based ticketing system.
• Level 2 escalation for technical issues .
• Microsoft 365 / INTUE, MERAKI.
• Some Network troubleshooting.
• Hardware (PC's and Laptop) troubleshooting. 
• Cyber projects - Checkpoint Harmony.
• Some PC and Laptop builds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, Azure services, and PC hardware.

You:

• Australian PR or Citizen.
• Available in one week!
• Passion for technology.
• Great customer service.
• Top communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (recent graduates welcome!)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and PC hardware.
• Must be an Australian PR / Citizen Happy with a police check
