The Opportunity A rapidly growing digital infrastructure organisation is seeking a senior security leader to oversee cyber security, operational resilience and physical security capability across a portfolio of mission-critical data centre environments.

Operating within highly secure and highly available infrastructure settings, the organisation supports customers across government, enterprise and critical infrastructure sectors and is continuing to invest heavily in security maturity and resilience capability.

This role will suit someone comfortable operating across both strategic and operational environments, partnering closely with technology, engineering, facilities and executive leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead cyber security and operational resilience initiatives across critical infrastructure environments
• Oversee physical security governance across facilities and operational sites
• Support alignment to DISP, SOCI and broader security compliance obligations
• Drive security uplift across enterprise infrastructure, operational technology and cloud environments
• Partner with facilities, engineering and technology teams on operational security initiatives
• Lead incident preparedness, response and business continuity planning
• Manage security risk assessments, audits and remediation activities
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic security guidance

Ideal Background

• Senior experience across cyber security, infrastructure security or operational resilience
• Exposure to critical infrastructure, data centre or sovereign technology environments
• Understanding of DISP, ISM, SOCI or related security frameworks
• Experience overseeing both cyber and physical security programs
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership capability
• Ability to balance operational realities with security and compliance requirements
