An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join a large financial services organisation undergoing significant enterprise transformation.

Operating within an EPMO that functions like an internal consulting capability, this role will partner closely with senior executives and business leaders to deliver complex strategic initiatives across the organisation.

The role has a strong focus on core banking systems transformation, enterprise platform uplift, integration activity and large-scale business change.
This environment will suit someone comfortable operating in highly visible delivery environments where stakeholder engagement, governance and structured problem solving are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives
• Manage core banking systems projects including integration, migration and platform uplift
• Drive governance, reporting, RAID management and executive stakeholder engagement
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations and business functions
• Support enterprise readiness, change management and strategic delivery outcomes
• Partner with senior leaders and external delivery partners to achieve program objectives

About You You are a commercially minded Project Manager with experience delivering enterprise transformation programs within banking, financial services or consulting environments.
You are comfortable managing complexity, influencing senior stakeholders and driving outcomes across large-scale strategic initiatives.
Desirable Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering core banking systems transformation programs
• Enterprise technology or strategic transformation delivery experience
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication capability
• Exposure to consulting-led or enterprise transformation environments
• Background within a leading consulting firm highly regarded
• Experience across integration, migration or enterprise platform programs advantageous
• Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred
