About the Opportunity
A growing financial services organisation is seeking an experienced UI/UX Consultant to help improve and redesign the user experience of its Salesforce-based Loan Origination System.
This is a hands-on role focused on simplifying workflows, improving screen design, and enhancing the overall user journey across the platform. The system is used by internal teams as well as broker partners, making usability and efficiency critical.
You will work closely with product, operations and Salesforce development teams to translate business processes into intuitive, well-structured digital experiences.
