The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Consultant to play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of a new Loan Origination System (LOS) for a non-bank lender.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you will lead scoping, solutioning and delivery activities across the full LOS lifecycle, from discovery and process design through to delivery and implementation.

The Role:

• Lead the build for a Loan Origination System design and implementation (working with internal dev teams, business users and other external parties).
• Own requirements definition, process mapping, and solution design across lending workflows
• Facilitate workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Act as a key bridge between lending, risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams
• Support UAT planning, execution, and post-implementation optimisation

YOU:

• Proven experience leading the delivery or upgrade of LOS or core lending platforms
• Deep understanding of loan origination, credit assessment, decisioning, and settlements
• Demonstrated experience leading BA workstreams on complex system design projects
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Comfortable working in agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery environments
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements in Australian lending
