Salary: £37,497 - £41,553 Per Annum

We are seeking a qualified and skilled Electrician to join our successful Response Maintenance Business based in Thornaby-on-Tees. You will work within residential properties across the Northeast, from Newcastle to Scarborough, conducting essential electrical maintenance work. Your Role as an Electrician:

• Conduct reactive response maintenance, including electrical repairs, maintenance, and breakdowns.
• Perform electrical testing (EICRs) if you hold the Test and Inspect qualification.
• Conduct post-inspections on completed works to ensure quality and compliance.
• Work on additional projects, including:
  
  • Voids – Repairs, rewires, testing, and upgrade works on vacant properties before re-letting.
  • Planned Programmed Works – Carrying out scheduled maintenance and upgrades.

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualifications:
  
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • 2391 - Testing and Inspection (or equivalent) – preferable but not essential.
  • 2382 Bs7671 - 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Customer Service: Friendly, professional, and able to work in customer-facing environments.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required – a company van is provided.
