Salary: £31,109 - £37,294 Per Annum

We are seeking skilled Window and Door Fitters to join our successful Response Maintenance Business based in Thornaby-on-Tees. You will work within residential properties across the Northeast, from Newcastle to Scarborough. Your Role as a Window & Door Fitter:

• Installation & Maintenance: Complete full domestic door (composite) and window (single/double glazed) installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Material Expertise: Work with UPVC, metal, and wooden fittings.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service, keeping customers informed and ensuring their needs are met.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety, ensuring all environments are secure and relevant documentation is completed.

What You’ll Bring:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or a related trade.
• Experience: Proven track record of fitting domestic doors and windows to a high standard.
• Work Ethic: Motivated and able to meet individual and team output targets.
• Communication Skills: Professional and friendly demeanor when engaging with residents and the public.
• Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required – a company van is provided.
