Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Emersons Green, BS16
Salary: £54,913 (including car allowance)

Your Role as Quantity Surveyor As part of our Response Maintenance Business, you will:
- Prepare budget cost value reconciliations, identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to ensure productivity targets and contract milestones are established before contract commencement.
- Build strong client and supplier relationships to proactively manage contract variations and progress.
- Manage financial responsibilities, including purchase orders, credits, and debtors using COINS to achieve expected cash flow.
- Conduct and analyse weekly site reporting to ensure budget adherence, performance monitoring, and contract quality.
- Produce monthly contract valuations to track financial progress.
What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying or Project Surveying role.
- Previous experience with reactive maintenance contracts and/or Schedule of Rates (SORs) is highly desirable.
- A strong track record in managing works up to a value of £3 million.
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and enhance project value.
- A team player with excellent communication skills, fostering a ‘working together’ environment.
