The Role: Accounts Payable Administrator As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality service to both internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to supplier terms
• Completing monthly statement reconciliations within set deadlines
• Ensuring weekly payment runs align with supplier payment terms
• Assisting the Finance Manager with payment runs
• Developing your knowledge and skills within the Accounts Payable team to provide cover when needed
• Ensuring compliance with CIS regulations when processing invoices and verifying subcontractors

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in an accounts department or within Purchase Ledger is advantageous
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a professional approach
• Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
