Salary: £33,238 - £37,294 Per Annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Floor Layer to join our successful Response team in Sleaford. This role involves working on planned works projects in occupied residential properties, making a real difference to people’s homes and lives.
In this role, you will:

• Carry out a variety of floor laying jobs, including cap and cove, vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles, latex, and domestic floor laying in tenanted properties.
• Use your expertise in Polysafe hot welding to deliver high-quality results.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in occupied properties, maintaining professionalism and building positive relationships with residents.
• Ensure a safe working environment, prioritizing health and safety for yourself, your team, and the customers you serve.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Demonstrable experience in floor laying, with a focus on cap and cove, vinyl, and latex.
• Qualifications: Preferably NVQ qualified or equivalent in a recognized trade, and ideally completion of a Polysafe Welding Course.
• Skills: Strong customer service skills and a motivated approach to work, with the ability to meet individual and team output targets.
• Driving License: A full, valid UK driving licence is essential for this role (use of a company van will be discussed at the interview stage).
