Salary: £37,497 - £41,553 Per Annum

About the Role Our West Yorkshire Response and Maintenance unit is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Response & Voids Team! If you enjoy delivering essential repairs and maintenance services to residential customers, this is the perfect role for you. You’ll work on day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and minor refurbishments within properties in Bradford, Leeds, Huddersfield, and Halifax for our reputable Social Housing client.

Key Responsibilities As an Electrician, you will:

• Perform electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing domestic properties.
• Undertake occasional electrical testing as required.
• Work towards weekly productivity targets while attending emergency, reactive, and routine repairs.
• Interact professionally and amicably with tenants, delivering excellent customer service.

What You Bring

• NVQ Level 3 qualification as an Electrician, or equivalent (e.g., City & Guilds).
• 18th Edition certification and AM2 qualification.
• Test and Inspect qualification (desirable).
• Prior experience working in domestic properties is highly advantageous.
• A full, current UK Driving Licence (essential for the role), with use of a company van provided.
