Job Opportunity: Site Manager
Location: West London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
Reporting to: Head of Construction

The Role As a
Site Manager, you will oversee, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of site operatives to ensure the successful delivery of high-end residential projects. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining quality, ensuring safety, and delivering work on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: - Schedule, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities.
- Ensure work adheres to specifications, is delivered on time, and stays within budget.
- Conduct and record regular site inspections.
- Enforce adherence to approved method statements.
- Deliver toolbox talks and briefings.
- Keep line managers informed about site issues.
- Ensure operatives complete all required documentation.
- Track and document daily work production.
- Coordinate the delivery and pickup of materials as needed.
Auditing/Monitoring/Inspection: - Monitor and track site progress to support delivery teams and the Head of Construction.
Support: - Provide backup to the Head of Construction when required.
- Offer business/statutory advice and support to administrative teams.
Documentation: - Ensure all site and business documentation is completed accurately and revised as needed to maintain quality standards.
Meetings: - Attend site meetings, administration, and general staff meetings as required.
Systems Development: - Provide input to develop and improve existing systems.
Time Management: - Plan and prioritise workloads to ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
Person Specification: - Minimum 5 years’ experience, ideally with a high-end residential project background (>£750k).
- Certificate of Higher Education (required).
- Fluent in English (required).
- Valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Based in or near West London (preferred).

Health and Safety Responsibilities: - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Report deficiencies in work systems or equipment that could risk safety or service delivery.
- Use all work equipment and PPE in accordance with training.
- Report any issues or training needs to your line manager or through the incident reporting system.
