About the Role We’re looking for a caring and proactive
Resident Liaison Officer to join our dynamic team in London & the Home Counties. In this role, you will work closely with residents, supporting them and addressing their concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: - Resident Support:
- Attend resident surgeries to assist vulnerable individuals with repair reporting.
- Provide regular updates to residents and scheme managers on progress.
- Event & Meeting Management:
- Organise consultation events and attend meetings as needed.
- Vulnerability Management:
- Identify resident vulnerabilities and liaise with housing officers or support services.
- Collaborate with the Performance Team to ensure vulnerabilities are properly recorded in organisational systems.
- Complaint Handling:
- Investigate, log, and resolve complaints in line with company and client procedures.
- Address MP and Councillor enquiries promptly, keeping residents informed of outcomes.
Requirements: - Experience:
- Proven ability to work with vulnerable residents, adapting to their individual needs.
- Background in a customer service environment.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to various sites and attend evening meetings when required.
- Other Requirements:
- Full, clean driving license.
