About the Role As a Scheduler, you will be an integral part of a busy, collaborative team, helping to coordinate and plan operational works in an organized and cost-effective way. Your efforts will contribute to delivering a quality service to customers and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to residents and customers.
Appointment Management: Arrange and reschedule appointments with tradespeople in an efficient manner.
Query Handling: Address customer inquiries and update appointments as needed.
Job Logging: Record and manage current jobs using our internal database/system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and tradespeople to organize and schedule workloads.
About You:
Experience: Background in a call centre environment is essential.
Skills:

Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
