The Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Scheduler to oversee the daily scheduling and administration of reactive and planned repairs services. The successful candidate will ensure performance and customer service targets are met and maintained.
Responsibilities
Manage resource planning to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
Monitor weekly K.P.I. performance and address service failures with effective solutions.
Conduct weekly audits of performance, addressing errors and providing feedback to your team.
Deliver excellent customer service to residents and clients.
Requirements
Previous experience in a call centre environment.
Familiarity with the maintenance industry.
Strong ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
Proven experience in people management and leadership.
