About the Role We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of electricians and apprentices, ensuring all work aligns with company policies and the NICEIC rules of enrolment.
Key Responsibilities Operational:
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to colleagues and clients.
Advise on electrical installations during daily operations and out-of-hours services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with teams, clients, and consultants.
Liaise with the NICEIC to ensure compliance with enrolment rules.
Collaborate with the supply chain to enhance social value delivery, including work experience, apprenticeships, and community initiatives.
Commercial:
Procure sub-contractors at competitive rates.
Understand and apply the National Housing Federation Schedule of Rates.
Drive productivity and commercial returns without compromising on quality or safety.
Health & Safety:
Ensure all site activities prioritize safety.
Promote a positive health and safety culture.
Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to non-conformities.
Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
Requirements To excel in this role, you should have experience in:
