Job Opportunity: Scheduler
Location: Sittingbourne, Kent, United Kingdom
Salary: £28,000 per year
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role Join our team as a Scheduler, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting the operational team to deliver a high-quality service. You’ll work in a dynamic and busy environment, coordinating and planning works efficiently to ensure our customers and residents receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and customers.
• Arrange appointments for residents with tradespeople in a cost-effective and organised manner.
• Handle queries from residents, including rescheduling and managing changes to appointments.
• Use planning tools to reschedule and optimise appointments.
• Log current jobs onto our job management system/database.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and tradespeople to organise and schedule work efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience working in a call centre or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and achieve targets.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
