Job Title: Commercial Analyst
Location: Stratford, Newham, Greater London
Salary: £28,000 per year
Contract Type: Permanent - Full-time

The Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to assist in managing and administering all commercial aspects of contracts. You will be responsible for reviewing completed jobs to ensure maximum value is achieved while minimizing costs and risks. Your role will include reporting, analysis, and collaboration with clients and the supply chain on commercial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Review and approve sub-contractor claims for payment upon completion of work orders.
• Raise purchase orders to ensure costs are accurately captured in a timely manner.
• Prepare and participate in periodic commercial reviews with the Commercial Manager and Finance Meetings.
• Manage, develop, and maintain key processes, delegated authority rules, and systems of working.

Requirements:

• Experience working in responsive maintenance.
• Familiarity with using a Schedule of Rates.
• Proven experience compiling reports and conducting analyses.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
