Job Title: Scheduler
Location: Merseyside
Salary: £26,000 per year

The Role:
Join our team as a Scheduler in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will assist the operational team by scheduling and planning works in an efficient and organised manner, ensuring a top-quality service for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and customers.
- Arrange and manage appointments for residents with tradespeople in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
- Address customer queries and manage appointment changes.
- Reschedule appointments using planning tools to maintain service efficiency.
- Log current jobs in our job management system/database.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and tradespeople to organise and schedule work seamlessly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a call centre or similar customer service environment.
- Ability to multitask while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Strong communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
