Job Title: Document Controller
Location: Galway

Role Purpose:
Join our growing multi-disciplinary engineering and construction team as a Document Controller – Construction Projects. Key Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you will ensure the efficient management, organization, and flow of project documentation, supporting the team and ensuring compliance with industry standards:

• Manage, control, and coordinate all project data and activities.
• Maintain and update the site drawing register and remove superseded drawings.
• Update and manage information on FTP servers and ensure access to the latest specifications, schedules, and drawings.
• Log, track, and report on outgoing RFIs, incoming responses, design changes, and other key project communications.
• Organize and maintain registers for specifications, schedules, and drawings with hyperlink capabilities.
• Support the BIM/CAD team in managing and organizing project drawings.
• Record and issue site meeting minutes and design team queries.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and relevant building regulations, and maintain secure handling of all project data.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in a similar document control role within engineering or building services.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, document management systems, and computer skills (e.g., ECDL certification).
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for accuracy and efficient resolution of tasks.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including inbound call handling.
