We have a full-time opportunity for an AL Filling Line Operator to join our Smallgoods Manufacture team on Day Shift, working Monday to Friday from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm.
The Purpose of the Role
Prepare and set up the production line for daily operations
Follow recipes and product formulations accurately
Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met
Monitor temperatures and production parameters throughout the process
Identify, report, and assist in resolving any deviations from specifications
Ensure products meet quality, safety, and customer requirements
Adjust filling machine settings as required to maintain product quality and specifications
Perform general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
Active participation in general line duties which may include but not limited to:
Setting up equipment and supporting product changeovers
Monitoring product quality and completing checks
About You
Able to follow specification requirements, quality, GMP, personal hygiene procedures
Knowledge of safe manual handling practices and ability to perform medium physical work
Able to identify and escalating maintenance or operational issues
Strong attention to detail
Effective time management skills
