About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Engineering Administrator to join our Castlemaine Engineering team.
Reporting to the Head of Engineering & Asset Strategy, this role will provide administrative, systems and governance support across Engineering, Maintenance and Capital Projects. The position plays a critical role in ensuring project reporting, compliance activities, maintenance systems and contractor processes are managed effectively.
This role offers excellent exposure to site engineering operations and would suit someone looking to further develop their experience within engineering, maintenance, projects, operations support or business administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering and maintenance administration.
• Capital project reporting and dashboards.
• SAP purchase order management.
• MEX and Kronos administration.
• Contractor onboarding and compliance management.
• Cost tracking and reporting support.
• Maintenance roster and overtime administration.
• Records management and document control.
