We’re on the lookout for a part-time Educator (Children’s Services Employees) to support children in before school care, after school care, and vacation care.
Established in 2011 and managed by Catholic Early EdCare, our service is all about child-centred learning—offering a mix of active play, group games, and creative experiences, with access to fantastic school facilities. If you’re energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping kids learn, grow, and have fun, we’d love to hear from you!
A day in the life of an OSHC Educator
- Providing nurturing care for children
- Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Opportunity to attend fun excursions during vacation care

Job Requirements: - Diploma or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be essential
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
- A passion for the education and care of children
- Effective workplace communication skills
