About the role:
As the Senior Support Delegate, you will provide strong administrative support to the Aged Care Assessment Service program. Overseeing the administration function, you will ensure process efficiency and a high level of customer service is delivered during the referral and assessment process.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Team Leader and Delegates by managing appointment bookings including assigning bookings to Assessors and scheduling associated travel.
- Oversee the use of referral management systems, including the My Aged Care portal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service information, resident information, care plans, and services.
- Support our team to meet Aged Care Needs Assessments Key Performance Indicators.
- Ensure a timely response to all phone and email inquiries from clients, families, and service providers, offering assistance and information as needed.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and budget tracking for services and resources.
- Ensure that all administrative processes align with aged care regulations and standards.
About you: - Minimum two years in a senior administration role within a fast-paced human service environment.
- Strong experience within the aged care sector or knowledge of aged care needs assessments preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong problem solving, reporting writing and communication skills.
- Experience using client and staff information Systems (e.g. TRACC’s, Alayacare and Aurion) highly regarded.
- Completion of ‘Administration Goal’ in MAC learning an advantage.
Essential criteria: - Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.
- Current Blue Care and NDIS Yellow Card or willingness to obtain.
- Willingness to obtain and ability to pass a National Police Check.
- Motor Vehicle with full comprehensive insurance and registration.
- Proof of right to work – Australian Birth Certificate, Passport, citizenship or Visa.
