Catholic Early EdCare is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and flexible Casual Pool Educators to join our growing team across OSHC, Long Day Care, and Kindergarten services throughout Brisbane's Inner North suburbs, Brisbane North, and the Moreton Bay region.
This role gives you the freedom to choose from available shifts each week across our services — whether you're looking to work in OSHC, or in one of our LDC and Kindy settings. Our LDC and Kindy services in this region include:
Mango Hill Kindy | Chermside West LDC | Windsor LDC | Hamilton LDC

What Your Day Could Look Like:
- Supporting children in fun, engaging before and after school care environments across OSHC services
- Assisting across Long Day Care and Kindy settings at our Mango Hill, Chermside West, Windsor, and Hamilton locations
- Creating safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces where every child feels valued
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Bringing energy, creativity, and enthusiasm to every shift
- Enjoying variety by working across different services and communities
- Participating in exciting activities day-to-day and during vacation care programs
What You'll Need:
To work across our LDC and Kindy services: - Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA approved equivalent — essential for LDC and Kindy roles
To work across our OSHC services: - No formal qualification is required — however a qualification in Children's Services or Early Childhood Education and Care is highly regarded, and those currently studying towards one are encouraged to apply
All applicants must hold or be willing to obtain: - Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Mandatory Child Protection (Geccko) Course 1 & 2 — Course 3 & 4 optional but highly regarded
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Ability and willingness to travel between services when required
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
