OSHC Coordinator | Logan / Brisbane Southside – Woodridge
Looking for your next leadership opportunity in Logan or Brisbane's Southside?
Join our growing St Paul's OSHC service in Woodridge, ideally located for educators and leaders across Logan Central, Kingston, Underwood, Slacks Creek, Springwood and surrounding suburbs. This is your opportunity to lead a developing service, shape its culture from the ground up and make a genuine impact — with an experienced network of specialist teams behind you every step of the way
Licensed for up to 42 children, the service has already opened its doors and is building strong connections with children, families and the wider school community. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced OSHC professional who wants more than simply managing the day-to-day — you will have the opportunity to influence the culture, strengthen relationships and create a service where children and educators genuinely thrive.
You will lead a small, dedicated team of educators and oversee our After School Care program, operating from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, creating a safe, welcoming and engaging environment where children have opportunities to connect, play, learn and be themselves.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity – 20-25 hours per week during school terms (plus an opportunity to pick extra shifts).
Leadership with support around you. At Catholic Early EdCare, our Service Leaders are never expected to do it alone.
You will be supported by a brilliant and dedicated network of specialist teams, including our Quality A&R Team, Inclusion Team, Employee Relations Team and Recruitment Team.
Whether you need guidance around quality and compliance, support to create inclusive environments, assistance with a people matter or help attracting great educators to your team, specialist support is within reach.
This network provides practical guidance, expertise and partnership so you can feel confident, supported and empowered as a leader — while keeping your focus on delivering the best possible outcomes for children, families and your team.
