OSHC Coordinator | Bli Bli – Sunshine Coast
Looking for your next OSHC leadership opportunity on the Sunshine Coast?
Join our Bli Bli OSHC service, ideally located for educators and leaders across Bli Bli, Maroochydore, Nambour, Pacific Paradise, Mudjimba and surrounding Sunshine Coast communities.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a service, build strong relationships with children, families and the school community, and create an environment where both children and educators genuinely enjoy being part of the program.
As OSHC Coordinator, you’ll lead a dedicated team of educators and take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the service — from creating engaging programs and supporting your team, through to building relationships with families and ensuring the service operates safely, smoothly and to a high standard.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on, visible and connected. Someone who can bring energy to the service, support educators to do their best work and create a place where children feel safe, included and excited to come each day.
Leadership with support around you
At Catholic Early EdCare, our Service Leaders are never expected to do it alone.
You’ll be backed by a dedicated network of specialist teams, including our Quality & A&R Team, Inclusion Team, Employee Relations Team and Recruitment Team.
Whether you need support preparing for Assessment & Rating, guidance around inclusion, help navigating a people matter or assistance finding great educators for your team, specialist support is within reach.
It means you can feel confident and supported as a leader, while keeping your attention where it matters most — your children, families and team.
What you’ll bring
You may already be an experienced OSHC Coordinator or Service Leader, or an experienced educator ready to take the next step into leadership.
What matters most is your ability to:
- Build a positive, welcoming culture for children and educators
- Lead and support a team with confidence and empathy
- Create engaging, child-centred OSHC experiences
- Build trusted relationships with families and the school community
- Stay organised and manage the operational requirements of a busy service
- Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement
If you’re looking for an opportunity to lead a service while still having a strong network around you, we’d love to hear from you.
Bring your leadership, ideas and energy — and help us create an OSHC service that children love coming to.
