St Joseph’s Outside School Hours Care in Kangaroo Point is looking for a dedicated Assistant Coordinator to join our welcoming and vibrant team.

About the Service
Located within the St Joseph’s Primary School community, our OSHC service supports children from Prep to Year 6. We offer before school, after school, and vacation care in a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to learn, play, and grow.

The Opportunity
As an Assistant Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the service. Working alongside the Coordinator and Educational Leader, you’ll help create a positive, play-based program that inspires children and supports their development.

What You’ll Bring

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Experience delivering high-quality care within an OSHC environment
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based programs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Collaborate with the Coordinator and team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations
