Holy Family Parish OSHC, located in the heart of Indooroopilly, is a welcoming and community-focused service licensed for 90 children. We provide Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care in a safe, supportive environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring Educators to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality programs that support children’s wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging.
About the Role
As an Educator, you will be part of a collaborative team, supporting the delivery of engaging programs while building positive relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of fun, engaging, and inclusive programs
- Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Create a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment
- Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment
- Contribute to maintaining compliance with National Quality Framework standards
About You - Certificate III (or working towards) or Diploma in Children’s Services (or ACECQA equivalent) desired but not essential.
- Experience working with school-aged children (OSHC experience highly regarded)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing practices
- Positive, reliable, and team-focused approach
