About the Role

As one of our HR Advisors, you’ll provide support across employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Reporting to the General Manager HR you will provide support to the HR Business Partners in this is a critical role that supports managers and employees across our diverse services including Aged Care, Disability and Mental Health, and Family Support.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Reporting to the General Manager HR, you’ll support the HR Business Partner with all aspects of HR and drive compliance with our policies, procedures, and values. You’ll:
- Guide employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and employment conditions.
- Support in the resolution of employee relations matters with a fair and solutions-focused approach.
- Partner with managers on performance management, leave management and lower-level HR matters.
- Contribute to HR projects, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Play a key role in enhancing employee experiences, policies and procedures.
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and support workforce planning.
About You: You’re a confident and capable HR practitioner who brings energy, professionalism, and curiosity to everything you do. You’ve already gained experience in a generalist, advisory HR role and are ready to dive deeper into employee relations, stakeholder engagement, and organisational development.
You bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in HR
- Minimum of three years in a HR Advisor role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- A knack for building trust with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Solid experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office tools
