Recruitment Advisor
Catholic Early EdCare | Full-time | Based in Paddington, QLD | Permanent role

About your role
As a Recruitment Advisor, you’ll work closely with leaders across our early learning and care services to attract passionate people who share our values. From job ads to onboarding, you’ll lead every stage of the recruitment process - ensuring a smooth, people-first experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers.

About the team
You’ll be joining a supportive team of Recruitment and HR professionals in our Paddington office. This role reports to the Head of Talent Acquisition and works closely with the recruitment team to support the growth and success of our early education and care services.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering full-cycle recruitment across our early education and care services
• Writing compelling job ads, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Ensuring compliance with background checks (e.g., Blue Cards, references, and police checks) and tracking key recruitment metrics to help optimise our recruitment strategy
• Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand service needs and build talent pipelines
• Providing guidance during onboarding and induction to set new employees up for success
• Travelling across the region, from Hervey Bay to the NSW border, to engage with services and ensure a personalised recruitment experience  

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years in recruitment, ideally high-volume or multi-site environments
• Qualifications in HR, Business, or similar
• Experience with recruitment platforms (e.g. JobAdder, HROnboard)
• Strong organisational skills and a people-first mindset with a focus on creating positive experiences for candidates and our team
• A current driver’s licence (travel is part of the role)
