We are looking for experienced and passionate Educators to join our Springfield Lakes team. 

Good Shepherd offers long day care, kindergarten and outside school hours care in a purpose-built centre that provides children with a unique learning environment designed to encourage creativity and exploration and reward curiosity. Work across natural outdoor place spaces, dedicated music and art rooms to provide enriching learning experiences for all children and ensure a high-quality education and care. Good Shepherd is licensed for up to 263 children. 

We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic educators who are passionate about supporting children in their early years. This is a unique opportunity to work across a range of age groups and build upon your knowledge, skills and experiences.

Hours: Casual - Various Hours, with opportunity to work across services.

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential 
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
