We're on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced educator and people leader to step into the Coordinator role at St Andrew's OSHC in Ferny Grove.
Our service at St Andrew’s Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) caters to up to 165 kids, providing before and after school care, as well as vacation care, for children from Prep to Grade 6.
We’re all about supporting busy families by offering a safe, fun, and inclusive space where kids can grow, play, and connect. Our program is designed to suit different ages, abilities, interests, and backgrounds—and we’re proud to celebrate diversity and promote respect and teamwork among the children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program.
- Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
What We're Looking For: - Diploma in Children’s Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Experience in childcare service management
- Current Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis certification
- Willingness to be Nominated Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of childcare legislation (NQF, NQS, My Time Our Place)
- Proficient in childcare software (Xplor preferred)
- Proven team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
