About the Role
We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Portfolio Manager to lead a team of Service Leaders across our Long Day Care services. Reporting directly to the Head of Early Years, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, mentoring leadership teams, and delivering high-quality care and education across multiple sites.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and compliance across a portfolio of Long Day Care services.
• Coach and support Service Leaders to build high performing, engaged teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with families, communities, and key stakeholders.
• Champion continuous improvement in service delivery, culture, and outcomes.
• Communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism across all levels.
