Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about helping families thrive? Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC), proudly part of the Centacare network, is looking for a Family Support Officer to join our supportive and motivated team.

Who We Are
At Catholic Early EdCare, we care for over 11,000 children each day across South East Queensland. Our mission is to Watch Them Grow—offering nurturing, creative, and individualised care to children and genuine support to their families.

About the Role
As a Family Support Officer in our Performance team, you'll play a vital role in the smooth running of our day-to-day operations. This role offers the perfect mix of structure and variety, making it ideal for someone looking to grow in the early education sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing payments and invoices accurately and on time
• Helping families navigate payment plans and resolve outstanding balances
• Coordinating government enrolments and childcare subsidy applications
• Using digital platforms (Xplor, Xpay, Freshdesk etc) to enhance service delivery
• Working collaboratively to support team goals and foster a culture of care

What You Bring

• Previous experience in admin, finance or customer service is great—but not essential
• A willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of empathy
• Great organisational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and a high level of professionalism
• A genuine interest in working with families and supporting early learning services
