Casual Educator – St Kieran’s Outside School Hours Care (Brighton)
St Kieran’s OSHC, located on the grounds of St Kieran’s Primary School in Brighton, is seeking a committed and collaborative Casual Educator (Children’s Services Employee) to join our dedicated team.
Our service supports families in the Brighton-Sandgate parish communities, offering before and after school care, vacation care, and care on pupil-free days for up to 90 children.
We pride ourselves on creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where children can feel at home. Our team works closely together to build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider school and parish community.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…
- Providing nurturing care for children

- Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements: - Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Ability to inspire and motivate, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Passion for creating fun, engaging experiences for children.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
