The Role

Enrolled Nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. In this role, you’ll:

• Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team
• Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans
• Recognise and escalate changes in residents’ health.
• Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

This is a part-time opportunity offering between 30 and 60 hours per fortnight.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse - mandatory
• Experience in residential aged care (preferred, but we welcome applications from new graduates)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Passion for providing person-centred care with kindness and professionalism
