The Role We’re seeking
Part Time Enrolled Nurses who are compassionate, motivated, and committed to person-centred care. In this role, you’ll:
- Work closely with the RN to support and guide the care team.
- Coordinate care in your allocated section and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Recognise and escalate changes in residents’ health.
- Deliver safe, high-quality care aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
About You
· Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (essential).
· Experience in residential aged care (preferred but not essential)
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Hold (or be willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
· Passion for providing person-centred care with kindness and professionalism.
