Yackandandah Health is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a fixed-term basis. This role is the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, playing a key role in delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Fixed Term Contract until February 2027– 48 hours per fortnight
• Roster:
• Week 1: Monday, Saturday, Sunday
• Week 2: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Flexibility on additional days as required

About the Role
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative and reception support while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
• Present professionally when interacting with residents, families, visitors, and external stakeholders
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
• Greet residents, visitors, and contractors
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain a clean and organised reception/office area
• Sort and distribute mail and parcels
• Update and maintain records to support compliance
• Maintain and update client management databases
• Assist with new admissions, including preparing documentation and files
• Archiving and general administrative duties as required

• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Previous reception or administrative experience (desirable)
