Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Radiographer to join the team in a hospital based role in Southwest Coast, VICTORIA.
This role will suit a Radiographer competent in both CT and General XRay.
This is a locum role,  however there may be scope for a 6-12 month long term placement.
  
This role will see you working as part of a professional diagnostic imaging team to provide the best possible care to patients across the region and surrounds. The caseload is a mixture of inpatient and outpatient work. being a hospital role there is an expectation of participation of the shared on call.

• Hours: 8.30am-5pm (half hour for lunch, x2 scheduled tea breaks @ 15mins) Monday- Friday
• Shared on call 7 days per week from 5pm onwards, 10hr breaks provided

Based on the southwest Coast of VIC, the local area boasts many beaches as well as stunning nature walks and wildlife. Its a fantastic place to make the most of the work/life balance offered with this role!

Who should apply?

If you have proven experience/ knowledge and competency working in routine medical imaging examinations in Xray and CT and are looking for your next role then we'd love to hear from you!
Some criteria that must be met:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Right to live and work in Australia
- VIC Radiation licence
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Willingness to participate in on call
- Competency in the operation of a digital radiography (DR), 128 Slice CT, OPG/CBCT and DEXA.
